2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, packaging size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground Advantage): 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, but may use UPS or FedEx for certain orders to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Mr. Prints Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Product Information

What materials are your products made from?

All of our items are 3D printed using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable and environmentally friendly plastic derived from renewable materials like corn starch and sugarcane.

Is PLA safe?

Yes. PLA is generally considered safe for consumer use. However, unless stated otherwise, our products are not food-safe and should not be used for direct contact with food or beverages.

Are the products durable?

PLA is strong and lightweight, but it is not as impact-resistant as injection-molded plastics. Products may break if dropped or subjected to heavy force.

How heat-resistant is PLA?

PLA begins to soften around 120–140°F (50–60°C). Do not leave PLA products in a hot car, dishwasher, near heaters, or in direct sunlight for long periods.

Will my product look exactly like the pictures?

Because each item is 3D printed individually, slight variations, layer lines, or small surface imperfections are normal. These do not affect usability.

Do you accept custom 3D print requests?

Why are there lines on my product?

Layer lines are a normal part of FDM 3D printing. They give each piece its unique handmade character.
